• Managing lower staff and taking follow up of assigned tasks.
• Maintaining the gardens and parks.
• Solving the maintenance related issues of the clients.
• Keeping the track of complaints/queries and coming up with possible and quick solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate or post graduate with Good Command over written and verbal English/Hindi.
• Should be familiar with MS Office.
• Should have good interpersonal skill and analytical skill.
• Should have good administrative management skill.
• Should be presentable and well behaved.
• Real Estate experience will be an added advantage.
• Horticulture knowledge is required.
• Should be punctual and disciplined.

Pay Scale: 2, 00,000 to 2, 50,000 along with Lodging and Boarding facilities.
